Energy accounting : A workshop in two parts.
21 & 28 October. 6.30 - 8.30 NZT
Energy accounting is neurodivergent math. A term for a bunch of essential wellbeing tools to help us monitor what life costs us, and develop strategies that allow us to stay within our Zones of Well Being.
Join me to explore our unique baseline capacities (how many spoons we might have on any given day), ways to stay out of dreaded burnout and lean into strengths and joy.
-Understand what our daily life rhythms cost us. And where they light us up.
-How our sensory sensitivities and joys can impact our energy accounting.
-The cumulative impact of overstimulation and cost of stretching beyond what we have to give.
-Why neurodivergence is an equity issue -looking through the eyes of intersectionality.
-We’ll look at the different kinds of energy expenditure - creative, cognitive, social, demands, physical, spiritual, sensory - how to conserve it, and the different kinds of rest.
And identify our antidotes to overwhelm.
This duo of workshops on energy accounting is equal parts theory, sharing Wild of Brain developed frameworks and resources, relatable stories bringing concepts to life and practical tools you can adapt for use in your own life.

I’m an experienced Neurodivergent Specialist Coach so this is tried and tested stuff. So many of us are living in overwhelm, just staggering through life day to day. I’ve seen client’s lives change for the better in real-time learning and integrating energy accounting in ways that work for their unique needs and neuro-profiles. I’d love that for you too.
