Neuro-inclusive Movement in Practice- a professional development workshop for personal trainers, gym folks and movement teachers

Are your motivation strategies and teaching methods appropriate for neurodivergent folks?

Is the reason people cancel their gym membership a sensory one?

Are your onboarding processes barriers to neurodivergent clients?

Or is your gym culture putting people off?

There is a large untapped demographic of the population who would belong to a gym, engage in movement practices, take classes and work with a personal trainer if they were neuro-informed and affirming. Fitness and health need to be accessible to all. Let's explore how!

  • Exploring barriers to participation. Case studies.

  • Unpacking accessibility: Sensory. Mobility. Communication. Adaptations. Outreach & Onboarding.
