I posted my own Venn Mandala of the Very Tired and it went wild. Understandable, since many folks are multiply neurodivergent and have co-occurring health stuff going on.

A visual prompt like this Venn tool helps us understand WHY we are so very tired and supports us to build self-compassion muscle.

The resource is in three parts:

  1. The original. My Venn Mandala of Tired, as an example.

  2. Customisable template to print and make your own.

  3. Companion sheet: a list of co-occurrences common to neurodivergent communities, intended as a prompt to creating your own Venn Mandala.

This is not an exhaustive list!
